My experience using Sovereign Estate has been nothing but amazing. Being a first time buyer i was looking for a property for several months, i was in contact with several estate agencies, however once i got in touch with Sovereign Estates i knew from my first call with Caron, Sovereign would be the best agency for me. From start to finish, everything was well explained. Being a first time buyer, buying a house can be quite a daunting process, with so many things to think about along the buying process. From the onset Caron was happy to go above and beyond to explain anything to me and really made me feel like she cared. Thankfully i got an offer accepted on a house that Sovereign had listed. What made putting an offer down for the house easier was the transparency from Caron, on other occasions when i have dealt with other agencies it felt super salesy and the authentic customer service was never there. From getting an offer accept, to finding a solicitor and Mortgage Broker which Caron had recommend to getting the Keys was a smooth process and i knew i could pick up the phone at any given moment and ask any question i had on my mind which really brought ease to this whole experience.
