Was given an appointment for today only to show up and the surgery is CLOSED. disgusting and upsetting, i’ve had to rearrange the appointment 3 times because of doctors not showing up when they said they will. am i supposed to ignore my issue until i need urgent attention? makes me not want to arrange an appointment again.

Discrasful surgery, no-one answers the phone so your forced to call 111, who'll advise you they'll make you an appointment and the surgery will call you within 2 hours. 3 hours later still no call. This has got to be the worse service I've ever seen.

This practice has rapidly declined since it's merge with Milestones - very unorganised and rude staff. The stupid lady booked me on the wrong day and promised me she booked me in with a specific nurse that I asked for - turns out she left to work at another practice - no surprise there! What a joke! I use to love this practice as I have been going here for over 30 years - Sadly, I will be moving on.

Sadly, since the merger with Milestone,things have gone badly downhill. I'm sure there are teething problems,but this should not reach the patients. Very sad,as I regarded Southwood as the best doctors I had ever been to.

The doctors are great if you can see one. But with over 18000 patients time is precious. Since voyager health took over its declined steadily. But with the opening of the new centre for health it’ll improve massively I’m sure. Be patient with the staff.
