Bought a car recently. Felt scammed after purchase. DO NOT TAKE OUT THE WARENTEE... It's not worth the paper it's written on. I firmly believe these insurance based warranties serve only 3 purposes. 1) To enable the dealer to wriggle out of their SOGA responsibilities if something major goes wrong in the first 6 months. 2) To give the customer a false sense of trust when buying the car. 3) To make money for the dealers / insurance company.

Being a young, inexperienced lady spending £18k+ on a car is a big worry of mine. Those worries were all put to rest by the sales assistant when part exchanging my car for a lovely Mercedes. The car is in perfect condition and I was very impressed with the level of service I received as I expressed my concern to the sales man about spending a lot of money and the worries I had regarding knowing very little about performances of cars and what is best fit for my lifestyle. He walked around with me explaining different aspects of different cars that would best suit me. A* customer service would definitely recommend to a friend or family.
