Our return policy for bikes purchased from our shop allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. The bike must be in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt. We offer different rental options and packages for our party bike rentals. Our basic package includes a 2-hour rental and can accommodate up to 15 passengers. Our premium package includes a 3-hour rental, a dedicated driver, and can accommodate up to 20 passengers. We also offer custom packages to fit your specific needs. We recommend specific routes for our party bike rental, which our drivers will provide. The maximum number of passengers allowed on the bike is 20. We do not allow any passengers under the age of 16 or any passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.Is alcohol allowed on the party bike, and what are the rules and regulations regarding consumption on the bike?
We allow alcohol on the party bike, but we do have rules and regulations regarding its consumption. All passengers must be 18 years or older and must bring their own alcohol. We do not provide alcohol. We only allow beer and wine, and we do not allow any hard liquor. Checked the website for opening times, made the trip from Crawley to Loxwood and it was closed. Unable to contact anyone by phone either. If your not going to be open to match your business hours I suggest you show this on your website or recommend customers to call ahead before visiting.
