Whitshaw have recently completed a 12 month project to carry out a full renovation of our 1920's house and addition of a number of extensions. James, Ryan and Gareth managed the different areas of the project and from day one have been professional, very helpful, always available and provided an excellent customer experience. They provided regular project plan updates, detailed costings and monthly valuations, all of which were very clear and transparent to understand for a 'non builder'. They added lots of value by considering different build options, changes or materials to ensure we achieved the best quality finish at the most cost effective price. All the teams involved provided an excellent service of the highest quality, were very professional and really worked to ensure we, the customer, got exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble for them. The end result is a beautiful and unique, high quality home which works perfectly for our family, achieved with very little stress (even during a global pandemic!) and we would highly recommend them.
