Never have appointments. Within 10 mins all appointments booked. Even for child of 13 not able to see the doctor. Only surgery like this. Should not be a GP. Find any other surgery to sign up to. This one is a waste of time.

Once upon a time there was a small little surgery in Southgate, it was a converted property and then a little bit added on. It was cosy, quite crammed at times, but personal and the families felt looked after, the Doctors even seemed happy.... then the idea of a BIG Medical practice happened, and it was said that more people were not registered with the practice the investment would suffer, so in the end we (the patients) became bodies, not people. The premises is airy and modern, but he atmosphere of feeling you count has gone, sadly and the Doctors themselves seem swallowed up in such a vast space, its like being in A & E. I have been with them for over 50 years, I never thought I would say this but I prefer "the good old days"

Very unprofessional staff working at Southgate medical group. They are months I have an health problem and it looks they don't want to do anything to help me. I couldn't see a doctor to show properly my problem, I was booked for an unuseful visit at hospital that can't help me, taking longer my situation. It's supposed they have to help patients. I am more than disappointed. I am fustrated to speak with receptionists it looks noone is taking care of you. Maria

Getting an appointment is the hardest thing. Worst place ever. Can't even keep to appointments when they finally get made. worst doctors in Crawley! Wow all appointments gone in 1 minutes and 10 people in the queue.... sort it out!

Some Very unprofessional people working in Southgate medical. Poor poor attitudes is disgusting to think these are the people we have that’s supposed to help us. I don’t know what cave they crawled out of but it’s embarrassing. You would think they don’t get paid, upset angry & argumentative towards patients is crazy. It’s always a different story when your in their face tho, I know they wouldn’t dream of talking to me like that to my face. All need to be sacked I’ve not come across anyone nice… I can smell the racism through the phone. Can’t wait to leave this surgery! Don’t even deserve a 1 star. I mean just look at the reviews, speaks volume.
