I was referred to them when they were in the old building. My Rottie had an apsis and was operated on but I received a call saying she had passed away but also they were only doing 2 hourly checks on the dogs. If I could get confirmation that they now have nurses on night duty to monitor the dogs at all times I would possibly use them again Until then I would say not to trust them

From the moment we stepped foot inside to leaving, we were amazed at the excellent service and facilities. The vet, Henry, was familiar with our dog's case and the reason for her referral. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions fully. Yes, the treatments are expensive, but we feel Aggie is in very safe hands. Aggie had her initial assessment today and is currently still there having a ct scan. Depending on the results, she may have her operation on Monday. I wish the NHS was this quick!

Absolutely wonderful team, from the lovely receptionist staff (special thanks to Casey), through to Emma in accounting and the many different vet staff who worked with my dog, every single person was friendly, professional and warm. My dog Kaspar had a TPLO (a major surgery) on his knee and then had to come back in within 12 weeks for surgery on the same knee after he developed a new limp. The team were so good with him, especially Rafael who led all the consultations and always took the time to show me the xrays and ct scans, and explain all their findings and next plan of action. I had to travel 2-3 hours each way to get there so they were flexible with appointments and allowed early drop-offs on surgery days to make admission that bit smoother. Kaspar obviously didn't love being left there, but he greeted all staff with enthusiasm, which says a lot about how safe he felt with them. After 12 months of pain, operations and recovery periods my dog's mischievous and cheeky character is back, and he's loving his walks and play times again. I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Southfields Veterinary Specialists for making this possible.
