Wait time for telephone appointments of over two weeks, which is not ideal. The e consult webpage does not work most of the time or if it does work, the time it is open for enquiries is limited. Mixed levels of service provided: When calling the reception, a receptionist referred me to the e consult webpage and declined to order a repeat prescription on my behalf. This is odd as on another occasion, a different receptionist was very helpful and assisted me instead of referring me to a webpage.

We were very pleased with this surgery but the recent changes to the e-consult platform are not ideal. There is a very small window (7:30-11am) to send any queries and that doesn’t work when you have to go to work, etc. The same time frame applies for phone calls if you need an appointment. Please consider changing the times to normal working hours 8-5pm for the digital platform. Thanks

So disappointed by the service for the 1st time after being with the surgery for more than 10years. Simple request for the Dr to call me back urgently and no response after many calls. We have sent a message, they will call but but nothing.

I had a fantastic experience with this GP today. The receptionist downstairs was helpful (and in fact is always helpful) and my nurse Iris was great. Thank you for being a great GP practice with great staff especially with the current climate requiring every sector to be who squeezed from every angle. I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name at reception but you’re fantastic and a big thanks to Iris too. We often love to leave negative reviews but forget to praise those that do a great job.. here is your praise ❤️😃

Southfield Group Practice is reliable, professional and well equipped. The medical team takes good care of clients and every follow up is meticulous. The clerical team is friendly and always willing to help. I am half deaf but the staff are very patient in answering my questions. My wife and I have received good care for each of our consultation. We moved to London last year and the help from this clinic deserved our heartfelt thanks. Kerry was responsible for my flu vaccine injection for 2 consecutive years. Her technique is highly professional. Nurses like her should be recognized due to their performances. Please let her know she is appreciated and also convey our thanks to everyone at the clinic.

It was a good surgery, before the COVID-19 era. now its down to treating people like Cattle, where its extremely hard to see a doctor in person. The NHS is on the way to managed collapse, which will trigger the gullible public to ask for privitisation. Thus this will make the situation worse with inflation, and spiralling medical bills.
