Simply great customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve throughout the manufacture of my boat, I was looking for a boat that had a 9 month long wait to be manufactured so I got in touch to see if he had any in stock or knew of anyone who did. He said he was expecting to pickup an order from SKUK in a month or two and let me reserve one no hassle with the option of a deposit or full payment. He kept me up to date about the completion date and when there any delays, as result I now have a boat a couple of months from contacting Steve where I was expecting to wait 10! Really nice guy and even organised with SKUK to let me collect myself from the workshop no hassle since that was closer to me. I purchased a Romany Sportive and the boat is awesome, perfect for a small/medium sized paddler like myself (5’7”, 72kg). Awesome boat that feels like it will last a lifetime with even the littlest of maintenance (but it deserves real care) and plays well whilst keeping good forward speed.
