I would give no stars. Outrageous service charge increase for absolutely nothing. Appalling service, repairs take days or have to be redone due to substandard work. Left us with illegal fire doors. Refusing to give receipts so we can see what they spend service charge on. Non existent communication. Shocking. Avoid at all costs.

The worst housing association going. Customer service agents are useless and everything has to get noted on system. If there’s anyone you want to talk to they’ll “leave a note for them “ no one ever ends up getting back to you and you’re left having to deal with you issue and repeatedly chasing them. It’s a joke.

Awful customer service. Repairs and heating provider TSG I have no words for them. I cannot wait for the day I can leave this horrid service provider and get my own place. No heating and hot water 2 weeks on, and it's a new property I moved into. What does the repairs inspector actually do, wear a shirt and tie and look smart? Disgusting. They don't even deserve a 1 star 1/5/23:Another review another awful service. Back surge in bathroom, called emergency they have their Christmas festive automated message. And it rings and then goes back to having to choose the options. Like what the hell is wrong with you people??????

I wish I could give 0 stars, absolutely appalling company, weve been in a house for 3 months, no help at all with repair request, dangerous beyond belief with floors and cielings sagging, mould and inadiquate sized radiators falling off walls and leaking. Water pressure all buggered and dodgy lights and electrics. No help whatsoever. Just ignored. Shameful Southern Housing.

This company have left my 90 year old Grandma with no hot water or heating for over a week and show no sign of urgency or duty of care. Absolutely disgusted.THIS IS NOT ON, you are FAILING your most vulnerable residents. If anything happen as a result of this neglect I will be taking this to the papers.

These housing organisations will never change. They don't care about tenants or any issues or hardship you are facing. No matter how many times they change their name or bring in new contractors, its remains the same , poor, unprofessional, inadequate service. Southern along with the rest of these terrible housing organisations will eventually perish. I don't actually know how people can work here and treat residents the way they do and still sleep at night. It's just disgusting how they treat people on a day to day basis and get away with it. You have to start taking these cowboy organisations to court so they canbbe held accountable for their actions or the poor treatment of tenants and residents will continue. Southern and L&Q are two of the worst housing organisations to date. If I was you I would get out of ther properties as soon as you can cause its never going to get any better.
