I just left from there very disappointed and with a broken heart that will never heal. My favourite hickory rib was not available as they changed the menu. My dreams are crashed and I'm very angry. Bring back the hickory. I would also like to add that the waiter's attitude was bad. Maybe it's his style but he makes you feel like it's your fault there are no tables or the menu item you want is not available. Also he is a bit arrogant. I don't know, is this a posh restaurant? Relax buddy... The only reason i was going was their excellent food for meat choices. Now that they changed their menu there is literally no logical reason why someone would go there for food

Excellent American Food. Ate here for a change of scenery, I normally stick to usual haunts when away on business. A genuine 4.5 stars but as there is no option for that it seems unfair to only give 4. To the Food, I had a starter (chicken) and a Pulled Pork burger. Both were great, probably the best Burger I have had! Not bad value, 2 Beers (Boston Lager) a starter and a main for £22. I will definitely go back as the flavour was worth it.

This is a great restaurant, quietly tucked away on the edge of Spinning fields. I love coming here and getting the BBQ slider. Each time I try this I change my mind on which of the three (mini beef burger, fillet steak or pulled pork) is my favourite. Until I have made a definitive decision I will have to continue to get the same - which I definitely won't complain about as it is delicious! The chips they serve are really tasty too - and despite first appearances not looking like there is masses of food, I always find I quickly fill up.

I took my wife to southern eleven on a recommendation from a friend. It was the first time she had tried pulled pork, it was succulent and perfectly cooked. We both had a great meal and would definately recommend this to other. The couple next to us were making their own cocktail which looked awesome.

Slow cooked brisket and mini beef burgers - a match made in meat heaven. There is nothing on the menu that is not to love about this place. Everything from the milkshakes to the deserts are perfect. If you are looking for feel good food with a bit of a twist then Southern Eleven is the place to be.
