Billy came out to me last week and made no effort to try and unblock my bath or drain said he would come with a bath trap. Never turned up. Today Keiran turned up and spent so much time unblocking the pipes and the bath and has fixed the issue. Thanks again Keiran absolute life saver.

What a First Class service we have just had from Southern Drains. 92 yr old Mother-in-Law getting herself into a bit of worry over her blocked downstairs toilet. Contacted Southern Drains who gave an ETA of 2hrs, Dave arrives within 1hr and 30mins. Sorted problem with 15 mins. Area left clean and tidy. Dave polite and a credit to the Company and I have a happy Mother-in-Law. Would use again and highly recommend

One of the drivers was driving dangerously on the A127. In wet weather, tail gated us and flashed multiple times, we were doing the speed limit and had lots of traffic...when it was safe for us to move over, the wreckless driver drove past beeping and flashing, which scared our 7 year old son. I will not be using this service as this has given an impression of a company full of cowboys. Hopefully, the driver hasn't wrapped himself or someone else around a tree this evening.

I am slieghtly concerned, that they are not scamming! They came inspected our drains, put camera down,and put a inserted a liner down, no problem, about 2 months ago, twice since they've telephoned saying they need to come and inspect as they keep claiming there is a problem! So please be ware! If they done the job properly in the first place, it wouldn't need doing again in less than a month later So everyone be aware! I don't trust them now.

I had RAW sewage coming out the communal drain in my garden,going towards my front door,smell was unbearable! Newham Council promised me Southern drains "would be out within hours" FIVE DAYS LATER after over twenty calls I decided to phone Southern drains directly instead of going through Council,a very helpful lady on the phone said they'd be with me within two hours,and one hour later they were here and job done.
