Perhaps a strange review, considering that they weren't able to repair my machine, but I'd still rate the service I received highly. Many other technical "professionals" would have pretended to fix the machine, charged for it, and given one the run-around when you attempt fair resolution. Not so here! I was honestly told that they don't think they can fix it, and thus I didn't pay anything.

Rather disappointed with my machine when I went to use it today. My bobbin winder is no longer working but was perfectly fine before it went for its service. It was suggested that the washer had worn out but on opening up the machine myself found it to be in perfect condition but it's not engaging with the belt mechanism. I don't see why I should have to pay more for it to be sorted out.

I have never had a sewing machine change like that after a service. My old Bernina went from unusable to purring perfection, and I'm so enjoying using it during this virus lockdown. I would have driven to Andover, but you picked it up, and brought it back within a week. The very best!
