Just encountered this disgusting company and disgraceful driving especially with a branded car. Speeding and tailgating other drivers the driver. Just outright erratic driving on the road. Been using SCL to service our 9 lifts (all 2500kg) for 4 years now since ditching a big national. The service from SCL office is efficient and their engineers are competent and have coped with motor changes etc no problem.

Really terrible experience. Lift hasnt been working for 5 days, keep calling and they either lie about an engineer coming or hang up. Rude, unpleasant and unreliable.

I have informed multiple times that the lift is mostly unoperational from last 2 weeks. Whenever, it is reported and is fixed, the same evening or the next morning, it stops working again. I have been informed, some parts of the lift require replacements, but not sure why it is taking so much time. I am sorry to say, but I have not found your service team to be much responsive or sincere in terms of understanding the urgency and implement a permanent fix for the lift to be operational.

The worst service you can expect of. In 5 days, 3 times the lift service went down. While calling, the only thing u hear is, we r prioritizing ur complain and see no result out of it. Their on call support is the worst, they are instructed only to say : WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT. God knows, what they look into and how long it takes to restore. To the service team: Please understand the pain of carrying heavy luggages and groceries all the way through stairs and the pain of aged people.

You are going to cause an accident one day. I would never hire someone I saw driving the way you did this evening and I hope no-one ever suffers injury because you cannot drive respectfully.
