In contrast to the other reviews on here I had nothing but great service from Southern Air Services. First off they called me back straight away on a Sunday (after I had left a message - not expecting a response until Monday) then booked me in for a repair the following Tuesday afternoon. The work was super thorough and they got us sorted for a reasonable price and gave us some excellent maintenance tips on a style of boiler that is hard to get advice on.

Phoned to book an engineer and left a message on answering machine but didn’t bother to call me back. As I had no heating I called again a few hours later but then encountered a particularly rude lady who seemed to be going out of her way to be unhelpful. They couldn’t come out for nearly 2 weeks which I agreed to initially but have since decided to cancel and look elsewhere due to her appalling lack of customer service. Also noted that although they are Johnson and Starley repairers they don’t hold simple stock apparently and this would potentially mean a second visit and further delay. Not recommended
