I had have stones in kidney, as doctors has recommended small surgery, which usually takes 30 minutes. It can be done usually within one day, but this hospital took 5 days , as lack of service and management in Hospital. Every day, they were given different reasons of delay for surgery. All of the reasons were point less and irrelevant. All of processes was very slow. On 4th day , I was mentally depressed as operations theatre were not responding. I did have severe pain from 3 days. Although ,all nurses and doctors gave painkillers and paracetamol instead of surgery. I had taken more than 30 painkillers, because hospital don't have much facilities for surgery. Just because of lack of resources in hospital. Every morning doctors come with new reasons and delays the surgery. Moreover, I had been transferred in wards, which were surrounded by people, those who are mentally unwell. I am so unhappy with that services. I have got one help from Dr.Maheta, who helped me to make my process faster. Thankyou Dr.Maheta.

Awful hospital. Couldn’t find the department I needed as sign posts were terrible, no staff around to help and when I did find a staff member they had no clue where ENT was. Found our department “late”, tried to explain what happened, nurse was so rude to me because we was late, I was clearly upset because I was late and she was hostile and gobby, they agreed to still see us but the doctor didn’t even look at my child properly when I had been waiting months for this appointment for an ongoing issue that’s been going on for years. Doctor was rude and didn’t listen to anything I said. My child is struggling to breathe at night and he told me this is normal.. shocked tbh. Awful experience and will never go back. Now I’m going to have to wait even longer for another appointment at a different hospital as I will be getting a second opinion.
