Have used them twice now and both times been really disappointed with their work. First time they took up my trousers and moved a button - the legs are different lengths and the button has come off. Today my girlfriend collected her (brand new, never worn) dress following slight alterations, and - aside from the poor quality and messy sewing/stitching - worst of all, it’s been returned with numerous stains of different colours across the whole item. And was charged £15 for the pleasure. I’ll not be returning.
