I’ve been seeing Carol for about two year now , she is such an amazing soul, so kind and gentle .. I’ve first contacted Carol about fertility reflexology, as me and my husband were struggling to conceive ( we tried for 6 year unsuccessfully) We went to the doctors both NHS and private just to find out that we are both healthy and no one could explain our infertility.. Long story short Carol worked her magic with me and my husband.. mostly with my :) for about 6 months and I can honestly say that all my bad pre-period symptoms improved drastically ( no more sore breasts , or cramping) After 6 months of fertility reflexology I’ve also did 2 sessions of womb healing, which I’ve absolutely loved , if you never had one … please do .. is ones in a life time experience .. however, few month later am pregnant with my first child:) and seeing Carol again for hypnobirth reflexology . I can talk a lot about how professional and lovely Carol is , but is better if you see for you’re self xoxo 🙏❤️

I had severe eyeball phobia and was due for catteract surgery. Went to see Carole and felt better after one session and confident after two and sailed through surgery. Would never have believed 57 Yr phobia could be addressed so successfully. Now seeing her for confidence and anxiety and really believe I shall overcome. Don't know how she does it but she's amazing.

I had 2 sessions of BWRT a few months back as I was a nervous driver and was going to be driving from Southend to Thetford. Carole really helped to calm me down and talk me through my worries. This and some other strategies really helped me overcome my fears and since then I have done a few more long journeys with confidence. I saw Carole for pregnancy Reflexology from 31 weeks and she helped my body prepare for labour physically and mentally. She is so supportive and amazing to talk to and can tell you so much about your body through what she does. She helped me relax and get rid of any anxiety I had surrounding birth and it definitely paid off. I had the most incredible home birth and Carole definitely contributed to that. Would recommend her to anyone and if you’re hesitating to book, take this as your sign to go for it ✨
