I would like to give this surgery 5 stars as I have been with them a few years now and recently I experienced an issue which I put in an email to the surgery. I wasn't expecting a reply as I was speaking to the doctor the next day but within hours after them opening g the surgery I had received a response to my email with an apology and they also implemented a new way of ensuring this does not happen again. Extremely grateful for the response and even though I had put in a complaint I was not treated any differently. All the staff are lovely and the receptionists really can't do enough for you. So credit where credits due and well done to you all. One satisfied customer. Will deffo recommend to others. Keep up the good work x

Went to put in a repeat prescription and got told that I’m not a patient there; apparently they have kicked me out when I moved - would be good if they informed me of that when it happened instead of me finding out on my own. Receptionists are very rude - I was on the way to the hospital after speaking with 111, they have sent them a referral letter which was urgent (sent and received within 15 minutes) - receptionist argued with me for 15 minutes that there is no such thing as urgent referrals and they come next week. I asked her to check about 10 times. When she did check she indeed had the referral letter - no apology from her for arguing with a patient who’s very very ill, it was her mistake. She also didn’t want to let me inside to sit down and I almost passed out outside the surgery. (When she finally did let me in it was empty) Maybe just one competent dr there. Terrible Edit to reply to owner : I didn’t get any letters and if I did they went to the old address which is pointless, also I’m not confused, the situation with the receptionist happened while I was still a patient in 2021

If I could give no stars I would!!!!! Do not use this surgery!!! Every time I phone to speak to someone no matter what time of day it is the phones are always engaged and then I have to ring back a minimum of 20 times before I even get through to a receptionist. All receptionists are very rude & show no care towards patient's at all. You buzz to be let in the surgery & then your stood there for 15 mins outside waiting to be let in because none of the receptionists can be bothered to open the door, by this point there is usually a que of 4-5 patient’s all waiting because none of you can be bothered to get up. Last time I had an appointment the lift wasn’t working and I had my buggy with me so had trouble getting upstairs. The receptionists completely ignored me when I told her about the lift & showed me attitude in an unprofessional manor so I called her a jobs worth. Do a better job before you have no patients left on your books.

receptionist really bad !was kind of urgent appointment there was no space which is understandable, this GP dont even do call service for emergencies with duty doctor like other GP does , that is ok too but when ask if I can call 111 service, she said no use they will direct to us we don't have anything for today. honestly very irresponsible response . when i call 111 they helped me . despite of saying that having breathing difficulty and hasnt slept for 3 day straight on, she wasn't someone who knows how to empathise and how to handle situation sorry but definitely will change the GP

Excellent service here many issues resolved very complex issues dealt with over the past year. The practice manager Zoe has been very helpful and very quick to sort out any requests. The reception staff are also very thorough and polite. Thanks a lot 😍
