Have visited this unit 14 times over 4 months inc emergencies and have been impressed with the system inplace and the care given despite increasingly large numbers of patients. Training of more surgeons is welcome. This unit is a gem.

Going to this eye unit for 6 months, various tests for them to tell me they didn’t know how to diagnose or treat me. After requesting a Moorfields referral for months, they finally agreed. Didn’t actually send my referral when they say they did, after I waited a month, the secretary was the one who helped me… I was supposed to be seeing Dr C****** who is apparently the best at the unit… couldn’t even send my referral and I was left to correct his error! Terrible unit with arrogant Dr’s who’s bedside manner is appalling.
