Wife booked this for my 30 birthday present turned up and was told it had been cancelled and should have called up in the morning to check. Member of staff admitted it was his mistake for not including the paper work stating as such. Manager had anger issues and reduced my wife to tears and proceeded to belittle her. I would seriously think twice about getting into any vehicle with anger issues as bad as his let alone a plane! Do yourselves a favour and book though the company next door seawingfc. Better pricing and much better customer service! Shouting and swearing at a female with a toddler is not acceptable and I hope you don't treat other customers the same. Would leave 0 star if I could!

I have got my whole family and friends up in the air with Southend flying club over many year's to be inspired to learn how to fly or for a great experience. I have been to disney land and there is no rollercoaster in the planet that beats the thrill of just taking off in a four seater airplane with Southend flying club, great team of guys, very accommodating around arranging your flight depending on the weather and how adventurous you would like you flying lesson to go. 5*in every way. My advice for anyone going up for the first time is to take a travel sickness tablet a good hour before going up, even if you don't get travel sickness, you don't want a little turbulence to ruin your experience 🙂
