I wouldn't shop here again, I find the older blonde women behind the counter very rude an uneducated on gold, almost feel like you have been scammed, an leave with a bad taste in your mouth, 0 customer service, also bad business negotiations just plane rude.. Won't shop here again.

Packaged, signed for absolutely perfect customer service, had emails to confirm tracking info. couldn't of asked for better

I bought a gold rope chain for nearly £700. The third time I wore it,as I was about to take it of it caught on a thread on my t-shirt. I carefully unhooked it to not damage my top an investigated why it caught in the first place. I then noticed several parts of the chain had broken and had missing bits on the diamond cut sections. I sent the chain back. I was then basically told that it was due to wear and tear and that I had broken the chain in more than 3 places when it caught on a thread on my t-shirt. However the thread on my t-shirt remained intact. I tried explaining that this was not ture nor did it make any sense. They then informed it could not be repaired I also asked for the information they received from the manufacturer of the chain who had supposedly xrayed the chain to determine the damage. They ignored my request for the information and the fact what they were saying was utterly ridiculous. The chain only caught because the broken missing part was rough and jagged. It did not break when it got caught. They then sent me my chain back. I would be very careful with the products purchased from this company. I explained how I came to find out the chain was broken in good faith. However they then used this information and twisted the actual events to justify there reason for not refunding me.
