We were about to use Mr. Uddin's service to catch our train from Watford to Birmingham Airport. When we were just joined the Motorway there was a major accident which caused 3 hours delay being in the same place with only travelled 10 miles. We have No way to travel to catch the flight. We checked with Uddin for helping us in extending the taxi service till Birmingham Airport. He is so kind, understood our situation and accepted to the take us to Birmingham Airport straight.
