We chose southeast windows to replace our old upvc windows from initial survey company were very informative explaining different options available fensa warranty fire regs etc quotation was very competitive detailing all widow specifications everything what we was getting including removal of all rubbish So glad We went with triple gazing option not that much extra guys arrived early every morning we’re courteous and professional at all times did a fantastic job of installing windows clean and tidy windows look fantastic house is so much warmer and noise reduction really please we choose this company would definitely use again Highly recommend Service: Casement window installation & replacement

I got quotes from a few companies however Peter was the only one who followed up to my questions on email so I decided to go with Southeast Windows. I am super glad I did, as Peter was professional and I am really happy with the work done in installing a new PVC backdoor and replacing glass in several windows. Peter was knowledgable, friendly and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge of window and door installation like some other builders have, being a first time home owner. Would definitely recommend. From the initial contact through to the installation everything was excellent. The price was very competitive and the quality was excellent. Roy was very helpful throughout the process. Had a minor issue with the door, however they promptly sent out a couple of fitter who rectified the problem immediately.

Live in a terraced house and over 3 years have had all front and rear sash windows replaced by South East windows. Also had windows and balcony door in loft convertion installed .Took quotes from several companies and chose SEW for quality, professionalism and competitive price. Liked the look of the windows. There's continuity because the sales person who presents installs the windows. Was confident the sales person presenting had experience and an understanding of windows and installation. Able to answer my questions satisfactorily. Really happy with the installation process. Punctuality and good communication . After 4 years windows functioning very well without problems. Easy to clean and no need for window cleaner. Very happy and satisfied customer.
