The most terrible experience. I bought what was sold as a brand-new trailer. When it was delivered, it was full of damage and rust. Still to this day, I can not believe they did this to me. As I live abroad, it was a nightmare. They refused to answer my calls or reply to any messages. I tried my best to get it resolved without any success. The owner was difficult at best. Had I lived in the UK, I would have taken legal action! They were aware of this, which is why I was ignored. I bought it a while ago and would never go back. I wish I'd never purchased from Southeast Trailers Limited
