Have had 2 body work repairs to my Burstner in the last year at Southdowns and unfortunately neither have gone well. Its such a shame as they said they tried their best but said they were short staffed each time. The front staff seem nice and helpful but when it comes to doing the work it's not done well maybe the management need to motivate and train their workshop staff. Overall very disappointing.
