We liaised with Brian and his team for the replacement of our peg tiled roof on our listed home near Dorking in April 2021. They were friendly and whilst they started approximately 6 weeks later than planned, they stayed an extra 3 weeks to ensure that all additional required works (such as replacement of rotten wood and upgraded insulation) were completed before they moved on to their next job. The Southdown roofing team were professional and took photos all through the process to ensure that the state of our roof, and their work, was documented. Do not use this company. A family member had work completed and paid the final payment in November 2021. To date she has not received the guarantee for the work. This has been chased for the last 3 months to which Brian has sent unprofessional and rude messages in response. Brian responds as though he has done our family a favour when in fact he’s been paid thousands of pounds and not fulfilled the job. Reading the reviews it seems this isn’t the first time this has happened. Very disappointing. Service: Roof repair

Brian from Southdown roofing assured us that he could fix our chimney leak. His workmen replaced the lead flashing. They said that if this didn't work they would come out and find another solution. So far we can not get a receipt for the work carried out, and despite several emails and calls have not come back to us. Our chimney still leaks.
