We had my mother's 80th birthday here in the Terry Suite, it's a super room for private dining, and the views from the first floor are stunning. Food was extremely good and very large portion sizes. My only criticism with this room is as its on a first floor, there is no disabled access nor are there any toilets on that level. Which can be a little bit of an issue with elderly guests. However, we managed and had a super event. Thank you Team Southcrest you did a fab job!

stayed a few times now and also had the ladies night meal which included a bottle of prossecco thats become a firm favourite and hard to come by..lovely decor in Laura ashley restaurant and bar..secluded off the road..superb grounds and gardens. staff ways helpful. Able to come during pandemic as well due to frontline working..not sure how rowdy it gets if there's a wedding or a party as bedrooms are quite close ..we have stayed in a few of the rooms now and never dissatisfied

A pleasant venue within a town of little character! I like Redditch for what it is and if there were more venues like this it would be a better place! Nice food and the bar was well stocked if a little expensive for what was available. Service : 4/5 | Location : 4/5 … More

Sadly, the photos online are 5*, however the service and state of the hotel are 1*. It's such a beautiful building, in a stunning location, but the upkeep of the rooms is non existent. The evening meal was delicious, however the staff need some training on service and removing of dishes once drinks and food are finished. This just ruined the beautiful food. Being served sachets of tomato sauce seemed cheap and added to the low quality of the hotel. Such a pity as this place could be beautiful. Staff were friendly, just lacked service skills.
