They fit me in that evening, so friendly and professional throughout, and after an indepth Q&A about my injury, they sorted it! About 90% fixed the next day and steadily getting better. No pressure to book another session, one fee for consultation and treatment, and an exercise to do at home. Can't recommend enough, thank you!

    I've been coming here for well over 10 years on and off for various injuries and general back pain and the staff are fantastic. Alex in particular is lovely guy and really good at what he does. Unfortunately as of November 2022 the business owner is still forcing staff to wear PPE (they don't want to do this), keeping the waiting room closed, and asking patients to wear masks and wash their hands upon entry (who doesn't have a shower just before going to see a physio?). My GP surgery, my optician and my chiropodist stopped masks and all covid measures many months ago. Coronavirus (COVID-19) was the 12th leading cause of death in September 2022 (ONS data). If the business is that concerned about elderly customers, why would they be locked outside the waiting room in the cold, and what is the business doing for 11 other causes of death that are more prevalent than Covid? (Answer, nothing of course). I hope the owner has a change of heart on these unnecessary measures. That aside I would give this business a 5 star review.

    Requested at the time of booking that I would receive a report and one would be sent to my doctor. Called up this morning a week later as no report to be told by the receptionist that they don’t do reports? Why was I not told at the time because I certainly wouldn’t have used them. What is the point if the physio is not going to give you her findings? Furthermore I have to sign for the medical notes and if I want a report I have to pay an extra £50 over and above the £55 pounds already paid. Shocking so I will never use them again.
