This has been my local post office for years, and for years, even though I live a hundred yards away I have gone elsewhere, the staff were rude and obnoxious and acted like you owed them something, it was well known locally as the worst post office ever! Someone told me the ownership had changed in the last year or so, so I thought I'd give it a go - and, what a transformation! kind helpful staff (not much to ask is it really) at last and a totally satisfactory visit - about time! keep up the good work! Regularly use this branch for business and personal reasons, always quick and good service. Staff have good knowledge of systems when collecting parcels from other couriers and pick up/drop off point for online sales. 👍

Took my parcel to get posted, already had two 1st class stamps on the parcel, clearly visible. The women behind the counter ignored them and charged me the full price for posting the parcel. Thiefs, avoid. Will be using the Boscombe Post Office from now on, they have treated me well.
