Awful treatment. Phoned to try get an appointment with doctor in the afternoon. Was really unwell. So they put me through to speak to the doctor on emergency calls. Was told to come to surgery so she could check me over. When I get there all she kept saying was that I should of phoned in the morning to get an appointment. I told her I didn't waken till late as I could not sleep during the night. Then she said, do you not keep your phone beside your bed? As soon as you woke you should of phoned. She was so irate and more interested in berating me and quickly checked me over and said that she could not find anything wrong with me. Yet I've been suffering severe neck pain, pain around my ears, breathlessness for over a year and now I felt I had swollen glands in my neck and genuinely felt terrible and weak. I got sent home and told i wasn't dying. This was just before Christmas. They have not listened to a word I said and I will never return as they truly affected my wellbeing and made me feel worthless. I also requested my medical notes as I've been with them a very long time. You know what? It looks like they just write whatever they want. No wonder if you see another doctor in the practise they don't see on your notes what you were in for the last time you seen a doctor. Thankfully I had written down every appointment and what I was there for this last year and none of it was recorded properly on my medical notes. I will never return to that Surgery.

Some Doctors are actually really helpful but It's absolutely shambles trying to make an appointment. Opens at 8:15am and all the appointments are gone by 10am but then you can't even make one because the line Is always busy. This needs to be sorted out ASAP It's unfair for people who can't get through.

I have always had good experiences with this surgery. All the doctors are great and really helpful. A bit of a pain you have to phone in the morning to get an appointment and it can take a while to get through. But reception staff are always helpful and I've always managed to get an appointment this way!

Only interested in sending people for covid tests even though the issue wasn't a covid symptom, left with serious stomach pain, had to contact nhs for help - every call to the surgery I now take notes... time, date, doctor and reason for calling... now looking for new surgery!
