Fortunately I haven’t had to visit this post office in a long time. Today I had to use it and sadly nothing has changed. I queued for 45 minutes (!) to drop off a pre paid parcel and get a receipt for proof of postage. Only 1 person serving and one poor girl running round, completely frazzled, trying to sort the post for the Royal Mail person to collect. It was also stupidly hot in there, which was not helping the long queue. There were posters offering their new services, such as banking … they can’t even cope with sending post! They desperately need more staff.

Nice staff. However, I've sent out two batches of parcels and every time they've been mixed up by this post office so people got the wrong items!

The staff member that helped me was super nice and helpful. The reason for my mediocre review is that the post office is poorly organised, you have to buy the letter from WHS first then queue up. It would be useful to have a photocopy on site to improve the service.

I rely on the post office being open on it's advertised opening hours. Very disappointed to see they had closed an hour and a half early today.
