This is a review for overall service of SCC, but - it is directly attributable to Lisa Ramsay. I contacted Lisa as a total novice to the cruise world. I had absolutely no idea about things so really needed to be taken through things step by step. I am forever indebted to Lisa for guiding me through the array of companies, locations, ships and on board "stuff" (which s a minefield). She arranged everything and I felt very comfortable with the outcome. And then came the bombshell. I was travelling with my wife, Son and his fiancee. Due to an exam - we could not go the week Lisa had booked; it needed to be dropped back a week. We were booked with MSC for 1 week in the fjords. To drop it back a week meant transferring to a new company, new ship and new on board "stuff". It sounded a nightmare. But not to Lisa - she was all over it and within hours had secured the new trip, new dates, cabins, "stuff" with P and O. I would totally recommend using SCC, particularly Lisa, to arrange travel. She has been totally honest, trustworthy and understanding in every way to arrange our trip. A credit to your organisation.
