I'm very nervous with injections and the staff here were so understanding. I had one lady ask me questions and another who did my jab and they were both fantastic. They chatted to me to distract from the fact I was having a jab done! I can't thank them enough for their patience with me. All the staff at the site were very helpful too, very organised!
