If I could give no stars then I would! Absolutely appalled by the staff in this library! Went in this library to update my details onto my smart cities bus pass and got told it was all good to use and to find out today at another library that I couldn’t use my smart cities due to it my card needed to be renewed and they had to give me a library card instead. The only reason I wanted it on my smart cities card so I could have everything on one card. In my opinion the staff in the Civic library do not have a clue what they are doing and some need to go on a training course on how to deal with customers with learning needs like myself! I will never be visiting this library again!
