This was my 1st time exporting/shipping a boat from UK to Australia and each step along the way Brian was communicating at each stage of pickups and drop offs from initial pickup, to fumigation, then to shipping port - sending me documentation and taking all my phone calls etc etc. He genuinely cares about the customer and his advice and experience was very much appreciated.
