I found South Yorkshire Mobility advertised on Facebook, my husband was looking for a folding scooter, I was reluctant to say let's visit with the shop being advertised on this platform, but I said it's a physical shop so we can look and walk if we feel unhappy. How glad am I that I saw the advert. From walking through the door we were met with two lovely gents. They asked what we were looking for and after my husband told them one of the fellas showed my husband the range of folding scooters. He not only showed the expensive but the cheap ones too. We were never once out under pressure or subjected to high pressure sales. They took into account what was wrong medically with my husband and pointed out which they best felt suited him. We were shown the exact model my husband was researching . We got pointed out the pros and cons and my husband was so happy with how he was treated he purchased the scooter Amazing service from a wonderful local company we both cannot recommend highly enough.

I cannot even explain a single fault of these guys at this store really helpful and very knowledgeable of anything they have in their store they showed me and advised me on a motability scooter which sadly I need now due to ill health and these guys at the store was very helpful no pressure into choosing or rushing about and my scooter came earlier than expected 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 10/10 Lorenzo.

Purchased a nearly new scooter from South Yorkshire mobility a couple of weeks ago , before taking the scooter away they wanted to give it a once over before I took delivery , so kindly offered to deliver it to me the following day , the scooter arrived looking like new , today I gave it it's first proper test, a day round Chatsworth, the scooter was brilliant and even after a longish drive round Chatsworth including some fairly steep inclines the batteries were still nearly fully charged , I would thoroughly recommend this company if you need a scooter and friendly service , many thanks for your excellent service .
