Took my son's new bicycle here as the brakes weren't working as they should. The gentleman on duty gave me a rough estimate, which was about half of what I was expecting to pay and called me back within 90 minutes having sorted the problem and fixing another part for free. I noticed the tyres were inflated too. He explained where I went wrong putting the bike together. I offered a small tip for the wonderful service but he kindly refused it. I'll definitely be returning here when my children's bikes need looking at again.
