We bought a car, Citroen DS5 on 2nd of December. Car had colour change and mileage discrepancy which we were never told. When we complained they said everything is ok with the car. I refused to pay for this car and as a result they banned me for life without a chance to appeal. I have just discovered that a local man has just returned a Mercedes C class and they have taken the car back without banning the gentleman. This is double standards and discrimination towards me which I will get lawyers involved.

Not a big lover one-line auctions at the best of times when everything goes smoothly like the feed is uninterupted and good signal throughout and even then you are forced to rely on the vendors or auctioneers description as you cannot attend the auction in person. Then when you register within the required time period and informed your 1k deposit money has been taken from your card only to find out at the start of the auction that you haven't been sent password to login to the auction live feed and therefore can't bid - NOT HAPPY . Interested in 2 plus cars and not able to bid and when rang for explanation told been sent password details to enter the auction which I blatantly hadn't even less happy. Will sticktoauctions where can bid in person in future and view the cars also as found to cost in past you can't rely on photographs or descriptions as at end of the day they just want to sell the cars don't they ,nothing else and when you live 300 miles away you can't just pop down to view can you. !
