This company has used water bills and it's own credit facility to pay shareholders and it's overpaid executives (public) money instead of investing in the infrastructure. As a result, the rivers, beaches and sea around the South West are polluting threatening the ecosystems and ourselves because the have not improved the crucial treatment facilities. As a regular surfer, they make me sick - quite literally, whilst lining pockets with a slice of everyone's bill payment. There is no competition, it us a local monopoly abusing it's poison and the planet upon which we all depend upon.

South wast water should be ashamed to penalise the people of the South west with hose pipe bans as a result of Utterly incompetent, inept management lining their pockets with undeserved bonuses whilst paying shareholders with undeserved dividends when they are wasting water through leaks and pumping sewage into our rivers and oceans all because profit is more important than investment.

Hosepipe ban? It's the 21st century there should be no need whatsoever for a hosepipe ban, the only reason we are having hosepipe bans is because instead of spending money on infrastructure and making sure it doesn't leak away you give it away in bonuses, time for nationalisation I think.

Lots of negative reviews - I can only go by my experience today. Called first thing this morning to report sewage seeping from a manhole on my neighbours drive that was running onto my driveway. Promised engineers within 4 hours. No-one had been 10 hours later. I called back to enquire, where a genuine apology was offered and admission of an administrative error. Engineers arrived within 2 hours who were also very apologetic and sorted the issue quickly. So yes, an error was made initially, but when you get a clear admission of error and genuine apologies with the issue sorted quickly, you can't complain

I live in Exmouth and like to kitesurf and paddle board whenever I get the chance. However thanks to years of under investment by SW Water in their sewage treatment plant they regularly pump sewage out onto the seafront. This has given me earaches and stomach upsets over the years. I still have to pay my water bill as I can't exactly shop around for a better provider :-(

South West Water are a total disgrace. Deliberately pouring raw sewage into the rivers and coastal areas of the South West, blatantly putting profit over safety whilst paying their shareholders and CEO massive amounts of money is tantamount to a crime

Why do we even need a water board if the sewage is just going straight into our rivers and seas - let’s cut out the middle man and just do it ourselves! Disgusting!

Awful experience with SWW! We haven’t had access to water in over 24 hours! They have been doing works outside of our property for a few days and now we have no water! After calling numerous times they still haven’t sent anyone out! How they can leave us without water for 2 days is unacceptable!!
