My partner was advised by Nissan Exeter that his car needed a new timing chain and an, oil pump, which would cost over £1,800 to fix, checked with another garage before undertaking work, there was nothing wrong with the car at all. Very disappointed, but lesson learnt.this happened last week, its definately on file. Months later, have sold car, will never go to Nissan again, bought my last three cars from this garage, but never again.

I purchased a Nissan Navara from Nissan Exeter on Friday 24th February 2023. The service I received from Jon, the commercial vehicles salesman was excellent. For business reasons I needed the vehicle urgently. Jon went ‘the extra mile’ to ensure that the vehicle was ready for me to drive away that day and stayed late to ensure a smooth handover, resulting in him being late for his son’s birthday dinner!
