All the courses I have attended at the college were well run and very helpful. I particularly liked the Journaling course which I was fortunate to attend just before lockdown in 2019. I hope it will run again this year. As I am sure to benefit from it again.

I am amazed at the reviews I have just read on here as my experience has been entirely positive! I have been attending the Recovery College since last year and I am now on my 6th course and due to start my 6th shortly. I have found the College absolutely excellent. The trainers are skilled and have relevant experience and they are empathetic and kind. I have learned an awful lot there to aid my recovery. I have found every course inspirational and uplifting. I would recommend the College very highly to anyone who is referred here.

I'm quite unsure why anyone would leave a 1 star review, so that is why I am leaving this one. I have only been to one course (the introduction) so far, but it was great and I look forward to starting my next ones as early as this Fri. The atmosphere in the room was warm and friendly, and open. I wish I had known about the college before this, but perhaps learned about it at the right time for me. I just wish others would recommend it as often as it should be - you shouldn't just find out about it because you were "lucky" that someone finally told you about it after battling mental health issues for years.
