What is the experience of your radiologists in interpreting mammography results?

Our radiologists are highly skilled and experienced in interpreting mammography results. They are all board-certified and have undergone specialized training in breast imaging.

Is your facility accredited by the American College of Radiology?

No, we are not accredited by the American College of Radiology as we are based in the United Kingdom. However, we are accredited by the UK's National Health Service Breast Screening Programme and are subject to regular inspections to ensure that we maintain high standards of care.

What is the turnaround time for receiving mammography results?

Our turnaround time for receiving mammography results is typically within two to three weeks. However, in some cases, the results may be available sooner if they are needed urgently.

What measures do you take to ensure patient comfort during the mammography procedure?

We understand that mammography can be uncomfortable for some women, so we take several measures to ensure patient comfort during the procedure. These include providing a private changing area, offering a warm blanket or gown to wear during the procedure, and using gentle compression techniques to minimize discomfort. Our staff are also trained to provide emotional support and reassurance throughout the procedure.

The medical staff were great, despite the crazy waiting times. I was in there for 4.5 hrs. However you really need to do a better selection/training of reception staff. One young gentleman in particular was slouching in his chair, didn't look bothered and didn't seem to want to seek to understand or be understood or go out of his way for ANYTHING! This is really bad in what is already a stressful time for patients. No woman is there because she wants to be, so please reception staff, make a better effort!

After suffering a painfully infected sabaceous cyst, the Breast Clinic staff was beyond exemplary. Being a rather squeemish patient, their sense of humour and overall cheerfulness kept me calm, and made the many visits almost pleasant (despite the reason for being there). I have nothing but praise for this clinic. Waiting times? Liveable. In fact, if you take a book to read while you wait, you will not have time to read it. If you don't take a book, that's when you might need one!

Tried to change appointment as I am disabled and I'm having a really bad time to and I'm unable to leave the house at this moment. I explained this to them but the people on the phone couldn't give a toss and passed me on to someone else who was as useless as the previous person. I will not be passed from one incompetent to another. The staff must change there disgraceful behaviour. No wonder the NHS is in so my b trouble if they insist on employing staff like this.

Five weeks to get an appointment that suits. This is ludicrous. First time in 30 odd years I’ve had such a wait. It’s unacceptable and I may well not attend.

The Rose centre is an absolute joke. Expect to wait 1-2 hours minimum. They open at 8am. However booking the first appointment at 8.30am will be no help to you. They still manage to get over an hour behind regardless. St. George’s is an amazing hospital with exceptional surgeons and nurses. The rose clinical is an embarrassment to the main hospital

They helped my girlfriend through cancer, but the waiting times are appalling and the staff act like it’s normal. There are far too many sensitive people being forced to wait for the service. If we wait 3 hrs to be seen what happens to the person with the last appointment?

I found all the staff members I came into contact with to be kind, caring & who did everything to put me at ease throughout my appointment. They explained every stage of the procedure in a calm & friendly manner, putting me at ease as much as possible. Thank you all for your professionalism & caring attitude during a worried & emotional time in my life. Daphne Cole
