Appalling communication. Booked a technician to have two boilers annual check. Technician was booked for the morning but turned up at 20.00 PM. When asked why we were not notified he simplify looked at is,, said 'well if this is not a good time', and left. Had to book him again. Second time around, several weeks later, finally was able to check our boilers. We did not receive a report for the annual servicing. We have had to chase request a report/evidence of the annual servicing. Service desk keeps saying 'yes yes' but nothing is actually done. Extremely frustrating... Service: Heating system maintenance

I was referred by a friend due to a faulty boiler. I was greeted with a friendly service by the lady that dealt with my request and the next day the engineer was here fixing my boiler.
