Absolutely hopeless! Paid almost two months ago for a green bin permit and since then it’s only been emptied once- then only after I complained. Council try to blame me for not putting bins out but CCTV shows otherwise. Emails not answered, lies from collection crew. I’m demanding a refund fir my permit

Stick that in your green bin. Problem with blue bin and (useless) blue bag, after listening for ages to their self praising public information messages finally answered (at my expense) to say that they could not phone the contractor and it was my fault that the binmen walked right past my bin and missed it out. The sooner they restructure the council areas and this rabble get sacked the better the world will be.
