As an NHS patient I always felt that I was rushed out the door. Had a set of dentures made and the look/fit was absolutely terrible. Before I had chance to discuss this I was told its normal and to come back in 3 months. This affected my self confidence and ultimately led to depression. So I went and got a second opinion this time I went direct to a prosthetics lab. The guy I seen was visibly angry that I was allowed to walk out of the door with these dentures and commented that in his 35 years in the industry they were the worst he'd seen. As an NHS provider even as a dentist you have a duty of care. You have certainly not honoured that with me

The best dentist I've been to. 4 dentists wouldn't listen to me for over 10 years .. I've had an issue with 1 tooth and none of them would help because the xray didn't show anything but today this amazing dentist listened to me and finally helped. I've never had an issue with appointments and all the staff are very welcoming, my daughters are very happy with their checkups ... Wonderful place.

I have been at this practice for a few years now , my wife also used it also we had looked at other local businesses but not be looking to move because of the staff particularly Lucy the dentist her "bedside" manner certainly puts the patients at rest and is very gentle the way she treats patients .

Poor quality dental work. Try to make you see and pay for dental hygienist instead of offering scrap and polish within NHS fees. Filling missing but had to wait 3 weeks for them to do the work. No offer to do a temporary filling in the mean time. It was their previous work that had fallen out!!! I know this is an NHS dentist but we should get a better service.
