Just to get through via phone is insanely difficult. Some of the doctors just seem so bored and not interested, they just want to get you out of there asap. For 3 years I am trying to find out about my medical condition and one of the doctors at south Queen medical Centre said we can't do all sorts of tests without knowing what it is. Shocking. Nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Can’t ever get an appointment, mad race at 8am to get an appointment for that day as they won’t book in appointments for any other time. Personal best at attempts to get an appointment 147 redials to get through to the receptionist.

If i could give 0 stars I would! This surgery is horrendous! The reception staff are very rude and they refuse to give appointments full stop! I have family who is very poorly and they treat them with no respect and simply will not see them! They have been reported to NHS England and the CQC but somehow keep getting away with it. They should be ashamed of themselves as "healthcare professionals" Shame on you
