    recycling bin taken by the bin men and tools stolen by a small bin lorry. that was supposed be for people to take for free and NOT FOR THE BIN. they "returned" some of it. they gave me back a BROKEN cooker that I put in the bin for the most obvious reason that exists and didn't return the rest of my stuff that was supposed to be returned. absolutely disgusting "service". shut them down.

    Absolutely impossible to get in touch... I have set up my council tax for direct debit, received a letter confirming so but when it came to it nothing was debited from my bank acc. They don't answer email and I spent 1 hour going through damn robot trying to reach an actual person but it is either impossible or ridiculously hard.
