Let’s start by the fact that we’ve been trying find their office for about an hour and it’s not on the location specified. Also, we’ve given them about 17 calls a day for the past 3 days and they’re always on the other line. Honestly, don’t bother. Disgusting service. I wish I could give 0 stars

I can hardly find another good estate agents like Emma & Jonathan. Last year I rented a house from them , and they always handled the tenancy agreement and maintenance very efficiently. I can also access an intranet to view my property file, which keeps me up to date on rent payments and maintenance. I am grateful to have met such professional estate agents and would gladly recommend them to everyone I know.

I really recommend this agency as we had a great experience throughout the 3.5 month waiting time since our offer got accepted until we moved in. Jonathan was super responsive and supportive and our experience couldn't be any better. He kindly offered us as many viewing options as possible and eased the mortgage process for us with informative details and tips. He was always reachable on phone and very patient with my never-ending questions.

We rented a flat through South Manchester Homes. The moving in process was slick and professional. The online Property File system they use is easy to navigate and a great way to raise any issues one may have. Emma always responded promptly to any issues we had and worked hard on our behalf to rectify these. The moving out process was also professional, fair and stress free. As tenants we would definitely recommend their services.

There only two members of staff and they are brother and sister....so it's hard to speak to anyone directly The flat had a broken dishwash which they promised to fix promptly but actually took them 3 1/2 months to get back to me with a replacement which didn't end up getting fitted. The flat was "professionally cleaned" before we moved in but I sincerely doubt that. Then they charged us £125 for a cleaner when we left. I DO NOT recommend using them.
