After being let down by another Company I called south Manchester gates, in a bit of panic from being let down, Laura on the phone quickly calmed me down took my details and I was called back by Tom that arranged a call out to fix my none functioning gate, and later in the day Tom Came out and diagnosed the issue, I received a quote and parts were ordered when I agreed to the quote, Andrew and John came and repaired the gate and it’s as good as new, I’ve just signed up to a maintenance contract so I’m not left with this issue again! DO NOT USE THEM !!! You have been warned... called the company to come in to see if they could help me fix electric gates in a new home... Thomas came round had a look and informed me that the gates needs a service and that should fix the issue.. He asked me to book for the next week as slots where going fast.. i called them to book and asked how much it would be, and was informed it would be 160 per hr... i decided to book.. Thomas came back to my house to service looked at the gate again, and said its a safety hazard and began to point out a number of things which he could not fix and it basically needs to be condemned. I was in shock and asked how has his assessment changed from last week to this.. He looked at me and said "i am not bothered with this' and began to storm off !!! he then said it would actually cost around 2k to fix now !!! Thomas did not even recognise me or my house from the previous week.!!! hence the reason i think the price changed so dramatically... The worst customer experience i have ever had... Service: General repairs & maintenance
